Welcome to the consultation portal for the Tendring Colchester Borders Garden Community Submission Version Plan.

Consultation is now closed. 

The consultation ran for 6 weeks from 15th May 2023 - 25th June 2023 and was held is in accordance with Regulation 19 of The Town and Country Planning Regulations 2012.  We are inviting comments from residents and stakeholders on if the Plan is Legally Compliant, Sound and Complies with the Duty to co-operate.
